REACH Declaration (EC Regulation 1907/2006)

Serman & Tipsmark is neither a producer nor importer of chemicals and we do not have activities that fall under the REACH regulation. All articles we purchase are from suppliers within the EU, who are obligated to hold a register.

Serman & Tipsmark is both producer and supplier of articles that have a specific surface, shape and design that determine the function to a higher degree than its chemical composition. The REACH regulation does not state that these products need a registration.

Our articles may contain small quantities of substances such as oil and lubricants from production because the articles are made for hydraulic systems. However this does not obligate any registration, because the concentration is under 1,000 mg/kg.

To the best of our knowledge, our products are not included in the category where we need to register any chemicals.

Serman & Tipsmark is a downstream user. We are in close contact with our key suppliers and to the best of our knowledge they follow the REACH regulation.
