Through the years Serman & Tipsmark has built up considerable competences and experience within design, development, production, installation, and test of hydraulic systems and manifolds.

Development and production of special valve solutions for building into the manifolds are other areas of our experience.

Our strength is our close cooperation with the customer when defining the function of the system in question. Our skilled engineers design the manifold solutions in 3D. In many cases we make a prototype in cooperation with the customer before production of the final manifold solution.

Our manifolds are manufactured of the following materials: Aluminium, stainless steel, acid-resistant stainless, steel castings (2G-3G), and steel. Serman & Tipsmark disposes of a big CNC production capacity of its own as well as of a wide supplier network characterized by a high degree of professional expertise.

Using manifold solutions requires less space and less maintenance of the hydraulic system. The manifolds can be built into the machine construction, which requires considerably less installation work than is the case with traditional piping systems.
