Serman & Tipsmark appoints new CEO and Technical Director

Today, Bo Fisker and Henning Dybro will take over as the new Executive Board of Serman & Tipsmark.

After 14 years in the role of CEO of Serman & Tipsmark, Alex Laursen has now passed on the key to the company to 41-year-old Bo Fisker, who becomes the new CEO, and 39-year-old Henning Dybro, who will take over as the new technical director. Bo Fisker has been CFO of Serman & Tipsmark since 2018, while Henning Dybro has worked in the company since 2011 - the last three years as technical manager of the company's development department and member of the company's management team:

Serman & Tipsmark is an extremely well-run company, and we have been very pleased with the collaboration with Alex Laursen. At the same time, however, we fully understand that he now wants to seek out new challenges at a new job within the industry. At the same time, we are pleased with the trust that the owners have shown us by appointing Henning and I as the Executive Board. We are very much looking forward to the work we are now facing, Bo Fisker explains.

With the new directors, both commercial and technical competencies are taken into account. Bo Fisker has a degree in accounting and has many years of experience in financial management, including from Scandinavian Boiler Service and SBS International in Pandrup. Henning Dybro has a degree in mechanical engineering and has experience from both MAN Diesel & Turbo in Frederikshavn and Serman & Tipsmark:

We must build on our specialist role as a leader in advanced hydraulics for industry, offshore, marine and the mobile and energy area. Here we need both financial, commercial and technical skills, and Bo and I can deliver that together, says Henning Dybro.

Bo Fisker and Henning Dybro are also looking forward, in collaboration with the company's other management and employees, to accelerate the internationalization of the company even more. Here, they unanimously highlight the good cooperation with customers, suppliers, networks and "friends of the house" as crucial to the company's success.

The new Executive Board, which thus consists of Bo Fisker and Henning Dybro, will take office today, Monday 18th October.
