Serman & Tipsmark builds ground mist system

Sometimes we receive quite different requests for hydraulic systems. For example, we recently received such a task from a famous Danish businessman. He wanted us to build him a so-called “ground mist system”. Watch the video below and discover an example of the effect such a system can deliver.
 

A different system
At Serman & Tipsmark we think that tasks like these are exciting and far from what we usually develop and build. So naturally, we wanted to help the customer.

The system is built with Danfoss high pressure water hydraulics and is coupled to direct water supply. A high pressure, it generates a fog that can be utilised for different purposes. In this case, it will be used to create a special effect in the customer’s private garden. The fog provides good aerification, which creates the “ground mist effect”. Furthermore, we used Danfoss corrosion resistant high pressure components to build the system.

The “fog technique” is also found and used in various super market produce sections in which it provides a cooling effect. This cooling effect can also be found on terraces, under awnings and at entrances for larger amusement parks -  or it can, as seen here, be used as a special effect in lakes and parks. This system is proof that hydraulics are not just for industrial instillations – but that the sky is the limit.

Specifications
The custom made system has different specifications worth mentioning. The system is:
