Lubricating systems for 2-stroke engine

For many years, Serman & Tipsmark has constructed turnkey lubricating systems. With the correct lubricating solution, you can expect the up-time and lifespan of the equipment to be extended considerably, thus minimising operating costs. Lubrication systems can be used for delivering continuous and load dependent flow of cylinder lubrication oil.

In close cooperation with MAN Diesel & Turbo, we have developed an extremely well-functioning lubrication system found on most 2-stroke marine diesel and gas engines worldwide. This system is reliable and service-friendly. It is optimized to utilise a minimum amount of expensive cylinder lubrication oil, which results in cost savings.

Furthermore, the system improves the reduction of sediments in the gap between piston and piston rings, which increases the lifetime of piston rings and cylinder liner due to reduced wear.

We construct lubricating stations in accordance with customer-specific requirements.
